All involved in the project teamed up to achieve what is turning out to be a mind-blowing transformation. Their vision is modern, simplistic and timeless.

The bones of this house provided a great platform to open up the space inside, and give it new life. Even though this house was built well, it was very claustrophobic and boxy. That meant my favorite thing, taking down walls.

Now the sunshine pours into this large living space, which also leads into the cooks kitchen. Custom light fixtures, vaulted ceilings and exposed custom seems are just some of the personal touches in this gorgeous room. This home is open, inviting and great for entertaining.

Here is a closer look at one side of the living space. Those sliders open up to the front porch, and you can walk around the stone fireplace to the other living space, with yes, another fireplace. Who doesn’t love dual fireplaces?
